Return & Refund Policy

At Unaam, we take great pride in delivering premium, lab-tested oils and natural products. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we have a strict policy to ensure quality and hygiene.

1. General Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on opened or unopened products unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that your glass bottle arrives broken, the tin is damaged, or you receive the wrong product, we are happy to offer a free replacement.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide proof of damage (clear images or an unboxing video).

3. How to Report an Issue

Please contact our support team immediately with your Order ID and photos of the damaged item:

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at unaamstore@gmail.com.

4. Resolution Process (Exchange)

Once your claim is verified by our team:

  1. We will arrange a reverse pickup of the damaged product from your location.

  2. Upon verification of the return, we will dispatch a brand-new replacement to you at no additional cost.

Note: If a replacement is not in stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment mode within 5-7 business days.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
