At Unaam, we are committed to delivering our products to your doorstep safely and on time. Please review our shipping practices below.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of placing the order.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or Public Holidays.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Delivery: You can expect to receive your order within 7 to 8 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • While we strive to deliver sooner, timelines may vary slightly depending on your location (e.g., Metro cities vs. Remote areas).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We offer free shipping on product values above INR 599.

4. Delays & Cancellations (Logistics Issues)

We use third-party courier partners (such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, etc.) to deliver your orders.

  • Delays: On rare occasions, shipments may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, strikes, or courier operational issues. We request your patience in such cases.
  • Cancellations/Lost Packages: In the unlikely event that our delivery partner cancels the shipment or declares a package lost during transit, we will issue a Full Refund to your original payment method immediately.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS notification with a Tracking ID. You can use this to track the real-time status of your shipment.
